Gym is equipped with all you might need to keep your fit body, spa tub is to relax your muscles… Big kitchen is fully equipped, with espresso coffee machine as well, bar is filled with drinks and snacks. Living room is really good place if you all want to spend some time together chatting, watching TV, or dining, as dining room is just next to it.

Garden with swimming pool in the summertime is with lounge chairs and it provides shaded and sunny sides. All in all, this villa is beautiful, and worth it all.

Nine more houses added today for EXIT accommodation

Just a quick note that we got nine, new (first time renting) accommodation for EXIT Festival 2009. Two apartments are close to Petrovaradin green market, bakery, and super market that works 24/7. Have a look on February 7, when all will be uploaded on the website.

EXIT accommodation @ Zlatariceva house

This house can accommodate ten to twelve people coming to EXIT festival. With owner working as a TAXI driver, you can get around Novi Sad and Petrovaradin at real taxi rates, and sometimes even for free :)


There is a swimming pool in this spacious yard to chill out in a day time, before the time for EXIT party.

EXIT 2009 rush started

So January got bussy with EXIT goers lookin' and bookin' accommodation for this summer medness party at Petrovaradin Fortress for a 10th anniversary.

On our main EXIT Rent site we got over 50 inquiries for exit accommodation, and so far we rented 5, and there are 10-12 more reservations.

As this is our 3rd consecutive year as NS Property is renting apartments for EXIT Festival our reputation grows. We have database with over 350 apartments and houses that can accommodate over 1000 people.

EXIT accommodation in Petrovaradin 'Gradic'

Just below the Fortress in Petrovaradin 'Gradic' we got one studio flat and one room with bathroom for EXIT Festival 2009 accommodation. Studio flat at Lisinskog 2 Gradic is ideal for 2 to 3 people, and room at Strosmajerova 3 Gradic is ideal to accommodate 4 to 5 people.

EXIT Festival 2008 accommodation news

March 1st, 2008 and we have 34 places listed to accommodate EXIT goers. Some of places are reserved and some are already booked, however we are waiting for bank to confirm down payment transfer (please read description notes below photos).

Last year (2207) we have happily accommodated over 420 people and since January this year (2008) until today we have accommodated 179 people and our goal is to accomodate number of 1000 people coming to EXIT Festival 2008.

Our website is updated daily, every email is answered the very same day in order to assure your reservation or booking is up-to-date and visible to you and your friends. As soon as your down payment is confirmed by bank, Western Union, or Pay Pal, we are removing listing from the website so no other people can inquire about it, however you can bookmark it and still have access to your EXIT accommodation, as sometimes new pictures become available and you are able to see changes (usually improvements:)

With January 29, you will see that accommodation with swimming pool at Patrijarha Rajacica in Petrovaradin is gone from the website. All 4 apartments are rented to 20 people in the same group and with down payment done, we have removed listings from novi sad property website, so no other people can inquire about it.
