On the banks of Danube this gorgeous place  can accommodate up to 24 people. Every room in the Danube apartments is air conditioned, has its own bathroom, mini bar, LCD TV, and have excellent WiFi signal. Swedish breakfast is served for additional 5 EUR PP.

Big in-ground swimming pool is available for all guests. Garden with lounge chairs and beds is ideal for sunbathing. All day long drinks, sandwiches and snacks will be served (not included in price). Close by is exquisite restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner. Private parking is secured with CCTV.

Distance to Novi Sad centre is about 10 minutes by car (or taxi), and to Petrovaradin Fortress is about 10 to 12 minutes. Taxi from Danube apartments to the Petrovaradin Fortress is 6 EUR, so if four people share taxi it is 1.5 EUR PP. Maybe we will organise trips to Novi Sad centre and the Fortress, we will announce here as soon as we organise.

Loud music after 10 in the evening is not allowed.

Five bedrooms, huge living room, huge kitchen with bar, big terrace, gym, spa, and garden with swimming pool are just first to mention. Private Parking lot is covered with CCTV cameras. Villa is gated and it gives you all privacy you need. Every room is spacious, air conditioned, have CTV, and excellent WiFi cover. Five bathrooms are conveniently located, some in bedroom, some just outside of it.

I just looked at some statistics for my novisadproperty.com site and I was amazed with number of flats looked for EXIT Festival accommodation for EXIT 2015. Even though I am adding flats slowly, one or two every day visitors to site are higher every day.

I consider January very important month for adding accommodation in Novi Sad and Petrovaradin as usually in January and February I have young folks from Australia and New Zealand searching for flats in Novi Sad, as they have to book their flights early when they plan their holiday trip to Europe.

January ends, EXIT Fest is approaching

January is breathing its last week and I am looking forward to the first week of February. Month is shorter, and days are longer. For me, it is the most important month, as more people are starting to plan holiday to Serbia and EXIT Festival in Novi Sad.

I feel good receiving a few emails daily with enquiries about accommodation for the EXIT. It makes me happy, as after long and mostly boring winter I can help folks to find their perfect flat for the fest.

EXIT Camp 2009 to be moved to Petrovaradin side

Friend of mine just send me a message that on Friday April 3^rd is decided that EXIT Camp will be moved to ‘Petrovaradinska Ada’ (on the island on Petrovaradin side of the Danube River). As he works at Utility Company that is in charge of city parks, and green areas of Novi Sad, I believe that information is absolutely correct.

There were discussions for last few months on what is the safest place for new EXIT Camp to be, and in the same time to be close to the Fort, and after a few possible locations discussed, ‘Petrovaradinska Ada’ is logical decision. There is a Danube beach on that side of Petrovaradin, so you will have it all so close to the Fort, and EXIT Festival 2009.

Nine more houses added today for EXIT accommodation

Just a quick note that we got nine, new (first time renting) accommodation for EXIT Festival 2009. Two apartments are close to Petrovaradin green market, bakery, and super market that works 24/7. Have a look on February 7, when all will be uploaded on the website.
